Business simulation is an experiential learning tool at JIM which enable the students to understand real time business scenarios in a risk free environment. It develops the student’s critical thinking, decision making, strategy formulation and problem solving capabilities. Business simulation is deployed for all the specializations which includes finance, marketing, systems, human resource, logistics and supply chain management. The course facilitators are trained in business simulations by the Cesim, Consultancy Bangalore and they facilitate simulation to the students for all the semesters. The learning is made fun and interesting for JIM students by leveraging on the latest technological developments.
